No.9 The Retreat is a private beauty studio nestled in a peaceful garden setting in Felbridge, the ultimate haven for rejuvenation.

Online bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the start time. A confirmation email will be sent once we’ve received and confirmed your booking.

Patch tests must be booked at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Patch tests are required for eyelash and brow tinting and lash lifting LVL even if you have received one before at a different salon.

Card and cash payments are accepted. Please note we DO NOT hold cash on site so please bring exact amount. A direct bank transfer can also be made.

Parking available on site. Please arrive for your appointment on time, not early or late. No.9 The Retreat is situated opposite the lay-by in Rowplatt Lane with a pale green front door.
Enter through the gate to left of the door and continue to the very end of the garden.

We require 24 hours notice if needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

You can do so by clicking on the View or Change button at the bottom of your confirmation email.
Confirmation emails go out 48 hours prior and a reminder text 24hours prior.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours will result in a fee.
